What we undertake to do.
Four undertakings, and a clear procedure for when an enquiry does not hold up.
Territorial exclusivity
One trade, one area, one partner. For as long as the partnership runs, we do not offer your perimeter to a competitor, and we do not put you up against anyone on an enquiry that is yours.
A lead delivered once
The enquiry reaches you in full, complete, and goes to nobody else. It is not resold, duplicated or auctioned. There are no credits to spend to unlock a telephone number.
Openness about the source
For every enquiry you see where it came from: the site, the page, the municipality. You can therefore judge for yourself the quality of what we send you, rather than take our word for it.
Leave on seven days' notice
The contract runs monthly and renews on its own. It ends on seven days' notice, with no reason to give and no penalty. Whatever is left of your balance stays yours.
Disputing an enquiry
- Open the enquiry in your client area and file the dispute, stating the reason.
- We look into it: contact details unreachable, enquiry outside your area, outside your trade, or plainly not serious.
- If the dispute is upheld, the amount is credited back to your balance.
- If it is turned down, you are told why, not simply refused.
Tell us your trade and your area.
We check whether the perimeter is available and come back to you with the price per lead, before any payment.
