Purpose of processing
The data sent through the area-check form is used solely to deal with your enquiry: to check whether the perimeter is available, to put a proposal to you, and to follow up the exchange that follows. It is neither sold, nor passed on, nor used for anything else.
Legal basis
Processing rests on your consent, collected through a tick-box that is never pre-ticked, and on the pre-contractual steps taken at your request. It falls under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, for people in the European Union, under the General Data Protection Regulation.
Data collected
Trade, area wanted, company, name, email address, telephone number, and where given the monthly volume indicated and your message. No sensitive data is asked for.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that come to nothing are kept for twelve months, then deleted. Data tied to a running partnership is kept for the term of the contract, then for the applicable accounting retention period.
Who receives it
The data is available to those within the publisher who handle enquiries, and to the technical suppliers strictly needed to carry the email and to host the site. Nothing is passed on for advertising purposes.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction, its deletion, a restriction on its processing, and its portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time. The request is made at the contact address below and is answered.
Audience measurement
Traffic to the site is measured by an instance we host ourselves. The data goes to no third party, and no advertising network is called from these pages.
